Spatial Optimization with Morphological Spatial Pattern Analysis for Green Space Conservation Planning

Conservation areas are essential for preserving green spaces and biological diversity. Although previous studies have demonstrated that spatial optimization techniques effective balancing the relationship between ecological importance pattern during conservation practices, design of corridors still requires an efficient, intelligent, flexible workflow. In addition, functional connectivity information is usually unavailable or very difficult to obtain. To alleviate these problems, this paper has developed a new optimization-based model combines morphological analysis (MSPA) with assessment. The consideration MSPA can guarantee enough in plan, while regions higher be discovered through This method been applied planning highly city. Several experiments indicated our proposed could achieve much better performance than conventional models terms pattern. Therefore, expected assist decision processes regulation fragmented urban ecosystems. Furthermore, it management many other aspects because above-mentioned research gaps not unique only Asian less-developed countries.
